§ 51203. Receipt Required

TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 51203. Receipt Required. All persons who receive gross revenue from a sale in the Commonwealth shall provide a receipt of the transaction as defined in Section 51202 (c) of this Act to the person from whom the gross revenue was received.
