TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 51519. Liability of Claimant for Failure to Redeliver. After goods have been lawfully sold to satisfy the lien created pursuant to this article, the lien claimant is not liable for failure to deliver the motor vehicle, motorcycle, motor equipment, or trailer.
