§ 5528. Fees- Payment; Revocation
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5528. Fees: Payment; Revocation. Except for a temporary beer license which the Secretary of Commerce is au- thorized to issue for a period not to exceed three days, the license fee as specified in 4 CMC § 5526 for issuance of the license, is payable each year on the same day and month the license is issued. If the license fee is not paid on or before the expiration date, a penalty of $25.00 shall be assessed for each day the license is not renewed.
