§ 5532. Wholesaler- Authorized Imports, Purchases and Sales
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5532. Wholesaler: Authorized Imports, Purchases and Sales. (a) A person holding a wholesale dealer license may import into or purchase in the Commonwealth from a manufacturer, agent, or wholesaler the alcoholic beverages specified by the board, and sell such alcoholic beverages to licensed retail establishments. (b) In addition, a person holding a wholesale dealer license may sell sacra- mental wine to a religious organization for use in the religious rites of such organization. Source: MIDC § 11.08.110.
