§ 5535. Temporary Beer Licensee- Authorized Sales
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5535. Temporary Beer Licensee: Authorized Sales. A person holding the temporary beer license may sell beer for consumption on premises temporarily occupied for the purposes of picnics, special gatherings, or similar occasions under conditions specified by the board for a period not exceeding three days.
