§ 5539. Issuance Restrictions- Prior Revokee
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5539. Issuance Restrictions: Prior Revokee. Except in the case of a license revoked for nonpayment of renewal fee, the board shall not issue a license of any class to any person who held an alcoholic beverages license of any class which was revoked within a one year period prior to the date of the application.
