§ 5540. Issuance Restrictions- Unfit Person
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5540. Issuance Restrictions: Unfit Person. The board shall not issue a license of any class to any person the board deems unfit to hold a license. Source: MIDC § 11.08.190.
