§ 5541. Issuance Restrictions- On-Sale; Premises Near Church, Hospital or School
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5541. Issuance Restrictions: On-Sale; Premises Near Church, Hospital or School. The board shall not issue an on-sale license for premises located within a distance of 300 feet from any church, hospital, or public or private school building; provided, however, that the board may issue an on-sale license to business enterprises that are located less than 300 feet from any church, hospital, or public or private school for the sale of alcoholic beverages only on weekends, legal holidays and after six p.m. on weekdays.
