§ 5542. Issuance Restrictions- On-Sale; Number
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5542. Issuance Restrictions: On-Sale; Number. The board shall not issue a greater number of on-sale premises licenses within a municipality or a portion of a municipality than it deems consistent with the public interest.
