§ 5551. Conduct of Business
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5551. Conduct of Business. A licensee, whether manufacturer, wholesaler, or retailer, shall not encourage the consumption of alcoholic beverages, but shall confine his business to the supply of the demand for alcoholic beverages in a dignified manner in accordance with the intent of the provisions of this chapter.
