§ 5570. Composition; Terms; Chairman
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5570. Composition; Terms; Chairman. The board shall consist of six members who shall be appointed by the Gover- nor, with the advice and consent of the legislature, for terms of two years each, or until their successors are appointed and qualified.
