§ 5575. Regulations
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5575. Regulations. The board shall make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter and amend or repeal them as it deems necessary to carry out all intents of the provisions of this chapter and to enable it to exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred upon it.
