§ 5577. Power to Prescribe License Forms
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5577. Power to Prescribe License Forms. The board shall prescribe the form for all applications for licenses or renewal of licenses and other papers it shall require including verification, and the information to be contained in such application and other papers.
