§ 5582. Procedure for Application Approval
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5582. Procedure for Application Approval. All members shall have the opportunity to consider each license application and shall either approve or disapprove it. The chairman shall review the applica- tion first, sending it then to each of the members in turn. A simple majority of the membership shall constitute a quorum and a decision by the majority present shall prevail. Source: MIDC § 11.16.130.
