§ 5593. Seizure- Report
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5593. Seizure: Report. Every person who seizes any alcoholic beverages, vehicles or other property subject to seizure under the provision of this Article shall file without delay a written report of the seizure with the Attorney General, with notice to the Director.
