§ 5599. Revocation of License- Hearings

TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5599. Revocation or Suspension of License: Hearing. The Secretary upon receipt of the report required in § 5598 shall, as soon as practicable, hold a hearing on such report, and may suspend or revoke the license of any licensee found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Chapter.
