§ 5600. Revocation of License- Accusation

TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5600. Revocation or Suspension of License: Accusation. Without reference to the Director, any person may file an accusation with the Secretary against any licensee setting forth a ground for suspending or revoking a license.
