§ 5911. Foreign Investment Review Committee; Created; Composition
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5911. Foreign Investment Review Committee; Created; Composition. There is hereby created a Foreign Investment Review Committee (hereafter “review committee”) composed of the secretary or his or her designee and the Attorney General or his or her designee and any other person(s) whom the secretary deems appropriate. The Attorney General’s presence on the review committee is limited to ensuring that the activities of the review committee are in compliance with the laws of the Commonwealth.
