§ 5971. Other Foreign Investment
TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5971. Other Foreign Investment. Nothing in this chapter shall preclude foreign investment in the Common- wealth; however, any other manner of foreign investment shall not entitle the alien investor to a commerce certificate.
