TITLE 4: ECONOMIC RESOURCES DIVISION 5: BUSINESS REGULATION § 5972. Fee Schedule. (a) Regular Term Business Certificate $200; (b) L o n g T er m B u s in ess C er t i f i c a t e$ 1,000; (c) Renewals of One Year Business Certificate $750; (d) F ore i g n I n v es t m e n t Vi s a (1)$ 2,500 to a holder of a Foreign Investment Certificate; (2) $2, 500 p er f ami l y m e mb er; (e) F ore i g n I n v es t m e n tC er t i f i c a t e$ 10,000; (f) Penalties for any violation of this chapter: $100 p er d a y t h e v i o l a t i o ni s n o t reso l v e d an d$ 100 per violation. All fees collected under this chapter shall be deposited with the CNMI Treas- urer, and the Secretary of Finance shall permit the Secretary of Commerce to use the funds for the enforcement of this chapter.
