§ 7110. Copies and Certificates as Evidence
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 7: SERIOUS TRAFFIC OFFENSES AND PENALTIES § 7110. Homicide by Vehicle. (a) Whoever shall unlawfully and unintentionally cause the death of another person while engaged in the violation of any law applying to the operation or use of a vehicle or to the regulation of traffic shall be guilty of homicide when the violation is the proximate cause of the death. (b) Any person convicted of homicide by vehicle shall be fined not less than 10,000, and shall be imprisoned not less than 90 days nor more than 10 years. Source: PL 3-61, § 1 (§ 710).
