§ 105. Applicability to Offenses Committed Before and After the Effective Date
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE GENERAL PROVISIONS § 105. Applicability to Offenses Committed Before and After the Effec- tive Date. (a) Except as provided in subsection (a) of this section, this title does not ap- ply to offenses committed before November 30, 1983. For purposes of this section, an offense is committed before November 30, 1983, if any of the elements of the offense occurred before that date. (b) Prosecutions for offenses committed before November 30, 1983, are gov- erned by prior law and procedures, which are continued in effect for that purpose, as if this title were not in force.
