§ 1320. Admission of Other Act Evidence

TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE § 1320 DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1320. Admission of Other Act Evidence. (a) In a prosecution for a crime specified in this article, evidence of other acts by the offender toward the same or another person is admissible if the conduct, factual basis, or the initial charge, is of the same nature as the crimes specified in this article. (b) For purposes of this section, other conduct, factual basis, or initial charge, referred to in subsection (a) need not have resulted in any criminal charge or con- viction specified in this article in order to be admissible. (c) In a prosecution for a crime involving domestic violence or of interfering with a report of a crime involving domestic violence, evidence of other crimes involving domestic violence by the offender against the same or another person is admissible.
