§ 1376. Sanctions
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1376. Sanctions. (a) Crime. Any violation of a provision of this article, including but not limited to: the provision of false or misleading information, or the failure to report or keep current required information, by a sex offender shall be a crime subject to a penalty of up to three years imprisonment, a fine not more than $2,000 or both. (b) Civil Penalty. Any violation of a provision of this article by a sex of- fender shall also be considered a civil violation subject to enforcement by any means not prohibited by Commonwealth or federal law, including, but not limited to the issuance of fines, forfeitures, and civil contempt.
