§ 1432. Usurping Control of Aircraft

TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1432. Usurping Control of Aircraft. (a) A person commits an offense if, by force, threat of force, or deception he or she usurps and controls directly or through another an aircraft.
