§ 1452. Definition
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1452. Definition. For the purpose of this article, the following words are defined as follows: (a) “Man-amko” means all persons residing within the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and who have reached the age of 55 years and over. (b) “Commonwealth” means the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and its government. Source: PL 9-21, § 3.
