§ 1458. Annual Report
TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 1: CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON § 1458. Annual Report. The Attorney General shall prepare and transmit to the Governor and to the presiding officer of each house of the legislature an annual report on “man- amko” mental cruelty and physical abuse cases. The annual report shall also describe the specific measures adopted to implement the provisions of this article, as well as the accomplishments and shortcomings of efforts to prevent and to treat “man-amko” mental cruelty and physical abuse. Further, the report shall also include recommendations for additional legislation or services to fulfill the purposes of this article. Source: PL 9-21, § 10.
