§ 2114. Schedule I- Controlled Substances Included
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE § 2114 DIVISION 2: REGISTRATION AND LICENSES § 2114. Penalties. Any person, business entity, or governmental authority found to be importing motor vehicles in violation of this Chapter (Title 9, Division 2, Chapter 1) shall pay a civil penalty of $500 per motor vehicle to the Commonwealth General Fund.
