§ 2253. License Required

TITLE 7: CIVIL PROCEDURE DIVISION 2: ACTIONS AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS § 2253. Trial by Court. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 3 of this division (commencing with 7 CMC § 3101), all actions brought under this article shall be tried by the court without a jury. Source: 6 TTC § 251, modified.
