§ 5314. Immunity from Liability for Good-Faith Efforts to Report

TITLE 6: CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE DIVISION 5: JUVENILE JUSTICE § 5314. Immunity from Liability for Good-Faith Efforts to Report. Any person making a good faith effort to make a report under this chapter shall be immune from any and all civil or criminal liability which might other- wise arise from such action.
