§ 2462. Commonwealth Casino Commission May Refuse to Disclose Certain Information

Commonwealth Casino Commission May Refuse to Disclose Cer- tain Information Commonwealth Casino Commission may refuse to disclose or reveal certain matters in court or administrative proceedings. The Commonwealth Casino Com- mission may refuse to reveal, in any court or administrative proceeding except a criminal proceeding brought by the Commonwealth or the United States, the iden- tity of an informant, or the information obtained from the informant, or both the identity and the information. Provided that the Commonwealth Casino Commis- sion shall reveal such matters upon request by the Attorney General. Source: PL 21-38 § 16 (Jan. 7, 2021).
