§ 2924. Uniformity of Application and Construction

TITLE 7: CIVIL PROCEDURE DIVISION 2: ACTIONS AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS § 2924. Uniformity of Application and Construction. This Act shall be applied and construed so as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this Act among jurisdic- tions enacting it.
