§ 19212. Suspension, Non-Issuance and Non-Renewal of Licenses
TITLE 8: FAMILY LAW AND PROBATE DIVISION 1: DOMESTICS RELATIONS § 19212. Suspension, Non-Issuance and Non-Renewal of Licenses. A licensing body shall suspend the license of a non-custodial parent who has been certified as being in non-compliance with a court order of support, and may not issue or renew the license of a non-custodial parent who has been certified as being in non-compliance with a court order of support or payment agreement, until the non-custodial parent or the Office provides the licensing body with written confirmation from the Office or the Commonwealth Superior Court that the non-custodial parent is in compliance with the court order.
