§ 5656. Designation by Local Authorities of Parking for Persons With Disabilities
TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 5: RULES OF THE ROAD § 5656. Designation by Local Authorities of Parking for Persons With Disabilities. Any local authority may, by local law, designate parking spaces for the exclusive use of any vehicle which displays a special identification placard issued pursuant to 9 CMC § 5653. Whenever a local authority so designates a parking space, it shall notify the Department of Public Safety. Thereafter, the Department of Public Safety shall cause the parking space to be marked in accordance with 9 CMC § 5671(a)(5).
