§ 5751. Traffic Laws Apply to Persons on Bicycles and Other Human-Powered Vehicles

TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 5: RULES OF THE ROAD § 5751. Traffic Laws Apply to Persons on Bicycles and Other Human- Powered Vehicles. While operated on any highway, a bicycle or other human-powered vehicle is considered a vehicle for purposes of highway traffic operation regulations and control as set forth in this title.
