§ 5756. Mopeds in Bicycle Lanes

TITLE 9: VEHICLE CODE DIVISION 5: RULES OF THE ROAD § 5756. Mopeds in Bicycle Lanes. Upon any highway where motor vehicles are permitted, a person may operate a moped in any lane designated for the use of bicycles. Moped riders shall yield the right of way to any bicycle riders. Mopeds may not be operated from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. in the bike lane. Source: PL 3-61, § 1 (§ 558).
