§ 25145. Bank May Be Required to Furnish Particulars
TITLE 10: LOCAL LAWS DIVISION 2: SECOND SENATORIAL DISTRICT (TINIAN, ETC.) § 25145. Bank May Be Required to Furnish Particulars. (a) The manager or other principal officer of a bank in which a casino licensee, a lessee under a casino lease or a casino operator under a casino management agreement keeps and maintains an account in relation to the operation of a hotel-casino complex or a casino, when presented with an appropriate waiver executed consistent with the “Right to Financial Privacy Act,” 12 U.S.C. § 3401 et seq. and 4 CMC § 6454 by an applicant or licensee, upon written request by an inspector, shall furnish to the inspector a statement of account and any other particulars required by the inspector to be so furnished, including copies of checks or records relevant to the account; and no liability shall be incurred by the bank or the manager or other principal officers thereof in respect of any breach of trust or otherwise by reason only of the furnishing of any statement or particulars or copies pursuant to this section. (b) An inspector shall not make a requirement in writing under subsection (a) of this section unless he has the prior approval in writing of the Commission so to do.
