§ 30404. Rules and Regulations
TITLE 10: LOCAL LAWS DIVISION 3: THIRD SENATORIAL DISTRICT (SAIPAN, ETC,) § 30404. Rules and Regulations. The Mayor of Saipan shall promulgate reasonable and necessary rules and regulations to carry out the intent and purposes of this Chapter. The proposed rules and regulations must be promulgated no later than 60 days from the date SLL 20-16 became law. Promulgation of the rules and regulations shall be in conformance with 1 CMC § 9101 et seq. Source: SLL 20-16 § 4 (Oct. 25, 2017), modified. Commission Comment: The Commission changed “this Act” to “this Chapter” and changed “sixty (60)” to “60” pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(g).
